Welcome to Petty Stickers Club (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By purchasing from our shop, you agree to the following terms:

• All products are made and shipped from Ontario, Canada.

• We currently sell and ship within Canada only.

• All products are for personal use only. Petty Stickers Club is not responsible for misuse, application errors, or damaged surfaces 

• All sales are final. No refunds or exchanges. If there’s a problem with your order, we’ll make it right — just contact us within 7 days of delivery.

• Prices and policies may change at any time without notice.

• You must be 18+ to make a purchase. Parental consent required for minors 

• We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason (don’t worry — it’s rare, and you’ll be refunded if that happens).

Privacy Policy

We respect your privacy — petty, not creepy.

• We only collect the personal information necessary to complete your order (like your name, address, and email).

• Your information is never sold or shared with third parties except for trusted services that help us process payments and ship orders.

• We do not store your payment information; all transactions are securely processed through our payment provider.

• You can contact us at any time to request correction or deletion of your personal data related to your order.

Shipping Policy

Domestic only — because postage and sanity both have limits.

• Processing time: 3–5 business days.

• Shipping: Free within Canada via standard letter mail (no tracking).

• Delivery time: Canada Post delivery estimates vary — usually 3–10 business days depending on location.

• We’re not responsible for delays or losses once an item is in Canada Post’s hands, but we’ll always try to make it right if something goes sideways.
